Campus Operations is responsible for maintaining the structure and infrastructure of the campus buildings and grounds.

Maintain Exterior Hardscape: benches, bike racks, walks, drives, trash cans, smoker’s posts, etc.

Maintain Exterior Landscaping: trees, shrubs, lawns, flowers, irrigation, trash & litter

All campus interior and exterior pest control

Provide utility locates for excavation projects

Maintain Utilities: water, sewer, steam, chilled water, electrical systems, temperature control, and lighting

Maintain campus fire safety systems

Maintain exterior of buildings

Maintain building common areas: hallways, foyers, restrooms

Maintain Campus Operations provided building locking systems

Maintain ADA electronic access systems and elevators

Maintain academic classrooms

Provide initial campus standard exterior and interior building signage

Provide campus construction standards

Provide periodic carpet, blind and window cleaning

Provide rapid response (Handy Helper) for 30 minutes or less of labor

Provide weekly office cleaning and trash retrieval
