Customer Service Center (CSC) is responsible for processing all campus service requests.

Online Service Request form. Use this method for non-emergency services

Telephone 346-2319: Call for non fire or medical emergency repair services such as a burning smell, door won't lock and is unsecure, or water leaks that are more than a drip or if you prefer to speak to a customer service representative.

Telephone Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30 am-4:30 pm

 

After Hours

Medical or fire emergency: 346-6666, Department of Public Safety.

Register your exact campus location with emergency units.

Non emergency to buildings and grounds: 346-2444, Department of Public Safety.

After-hour emergency repair calls are routed to campus operations on-call personnel who notify the appropriate staff to investigate and make necessary repairs.
