Billable Services

SERVICES THAT RESULT IN A CHARGE TO THE REQUESTOR

Requests for services other than maintenance or repair work are billed to the requesting department. Such billable services include, but are not limited to:

	Moving services
	Set-ups for special events
	Adding electrical outlets and/or circuits
	Lock changes and re-keying, and security cabling for computer equipment
	Special cleaning or other non-routine custodial service
	Painting, other than in classrooms or public areas
	Remodel work
	Installation, maintenance, or repair of departmental classroom or laboratory equipment or speciality systems
	All services provided to departments operating on self-sustaining budgets (auxiliaries)
