Chillers #3 & #4 Installation
Installed in February 1995, Chillers #3 & #4 along with Chillers #1 & #2 supply chilled water to campus. Chilled water is primarily used for cooling campus buildings. The new installations replaced two older chillers. The new chillers offer increased capacity over their predecessors as well as improved efficiency. The additional capacity has become necessary as campus has grown and thus demand for chilled water has increased.
